A soviet made water bicycle for two people. It was common to see these in recreational areas, lakes, rivers in soviet union during years around 1970 - 1990.

You can still find some of those rusted on the shores of lakes in ex soviet union countries.

The model consists of a single mesh and uses a single texture map for the entire model, with multiple square PBR maps.
