Pavement PBR Texture. The folder includes textures (height.exr / AO, Albedo, Normal, Roughness in tif), 4 preview images, the Substance Designer project and the Marmoset Toolbag project.The texture is game-ready and CGI-ready. If you want to edit the texture, change its resolution etc., there is the Designer project file, so you can do everything you want with this texture.
