There are two versions of the wall in the scene.

1. Wall with bricks merged into one object
2. A wall from the group of instant 3D models of bricks.

The plot size is 6x4 meters, it is assembled from 80 randomly arranged 3d models of bricks.

Each brick was surrounded and extruded into a 3d model.

Also there is a pcd file in which you can easily change the color and brightness of the main texture. Grout is also easily changed by changing the texture.

To trim a merged model, use the slice modifier

The preview is done in Corona render 1.7.2. Scene in the system units mm. Includes formats: Max v-ray 2010, 2016, Corona max 2012, 2016, Fbx, Obj. The max 2010 file is compatible with vray 2.40.03. In Fbx, Obj, you need to reassign the materials.
