High quality corner flag model. I used Maya for modeling and Marvelous Designer for the fabric simulation, as well as substance painter for texturing. Textures are exported for Unreal/ Unity (Universal Pipeline Metalic Roughness)/ PBR (Metalic Roughness), choose whichever you want, each in a separate folder. I also provided you with (Masks) so you can create variations and change the colors as you like , you will find them in a Separate folder named (Masks).
Textures PBR - 4K resolution- UV unwrapped. No special plugin needed. No clean-up is needed.
