Battlestar Galactica Nova Class

Battlestar Galactica Nova Class 3D model

Description

I like Battlestar Galactica (1978). I created this model for my fan movie. This model is not a reproduction of a movie prop. So, this has been subjected to many renovations by me. There is no ship name in the texture of this model. You can create your favorite ship name using the included .PSD file and font.

IMPORTANT: This model is probably not suitable for 3D printing. If you can not load this model correctly, try using Blender 2.8. not included Colonial shuttle

UPDATE:

22 may 2018 - V1.1 fix UVmap. add OBJ format model.

30 Jun 2018 - V1.2 fix UVmap.

The best Galactica model, I ever had... On one side I had to re-render many scenes of a fanfilm project but it's worth every frame. Good job!

Overall a good model, very close in detail to the original movie model. But I had problems to import the FBX file. None of my programs ( Autodesk MAX 2010-2016 and Netfabb, Deep Exploration and C4D were able to import it. So I had to use the .obj files. They work- but I had to add the material and smoothing manually.
