DESCRIPTION

Modular Fall Resistive Meta Material - Concept

The material is constructed to have a function, namely to allow air flow through from top to bottom (when for instance a [total shape] craft is moving upward), yet make the flow inward from the bottom, all the way up, longer and harder.(when falling) this makes the material resist a falling motion by creating internal pressure when falling down, constantly blocking the fall with a large surface. the flow is allowed upwards but must travel a much longer way. then the single shape can be used in a plane, that we in turn can bend. or fixate the shape in a cup shape, like a miniature parachute, or a winged disc type of vehicle. the shape acts as sort of a air trap, and when repeated small enough on a larger scale, the effect will also increase.

the first image is a single cone air trap, and a sheet could be made out of it. repeating the function over and over again for a accumulative effect on the total shape of the object, creating a pressure difference above and below the object all over the surface area. the 4th image represents a simulated microscopic close up image of the surface area. create or print many Micro - Nano parachutes - flow compression shapes - hard modelled into a modular shape - 3D printable material. repeating its function on a massive scale in relation to the modelled functions size itself. Compressing cones or hemispheres shape repeated. Then followed the total form. Embed the shape many times compressing airflow. Drop tear shape up down and Down up through a cylinder, one is fast other is slow. this Shape is lessening gravity's grip. drop a ball or cylindrical shape through a cylinder normally and upside down, observe the difference in falling velocity for yourself. intelligently designed shapes working together can lessen or even overcome gravity.

Modular Fall Resistive Meta Material - Philosophy = create over pressure yet allow a longer and harder more resistive way through. compress the air as much as you can, while still allowing a flow to move through the shape, albeit a hard one, it has to if it can. create a long and hard path that the flow must follow to make a mass fall slower, like an egg carton falls slower because it has many resistive flat surfaces. this material creates many extra surfaces, longer path to travel, slowing down the object or shape made out of it during its fall. this might be a nice property to have for some objects we already know of today. if we make one way easy and smooth and short, and the other longer and harder, and more resisting we create a differential based on the forms orientation. a one way flow mode of operation.
