Description
Made by the French sculptor Juan Mario Carlus. Originally installed in Plaza Lavalle in 1937, it is taken to its current place in 2010 after undergoing restoration. The work, which was originally installed in Plaza Lavalle in 1937, is a group of marble and represents the famous tale of the same name in the title of the literary work. In 1972 it was moved to the green space of the park, steps from the famous merry-go-round.
