If you need in game weapons, or weapons to customize, it's not the item to buy.
Everything no named in one folder with each object parts mesh detached and triangulated, no UVs possible. You have to select the object in the viewport to group its parts. Items are unusable.
But if you need ideas of shapes to help you to go fast on your work, so you have choice, some are quiet cool, this guy have few ideas.
Once i opened the files (fbx In Maya), yeah, i was a little desapointed to see that and it's expensive so for this stuff.
