An amazing scene! Looks very modern, but also hip, not too fancy. It worked really well for my project. However, some parts of the model were corrupted, like the brick wall with the windows, which I had to remodel myself. Also, it would have been better if all the textures were PBR. Some of the textures only had diffuse/normal, and a few only diffuse. That said, it still worked out well and I'm glad I bought it. Just expect to do some cleanup if you want to use the full scene.
