In Every Pack for another format Besides .Blend you will receive the Geometry With and Without the Modifiers Applied, That way you can apply your own Modifiers in the Mesh Base in your best 3D Program. Every Geometry should have a slight bevel to smooth borders, they are Low Poly, so it's Kinda Sharp for Architectural Render. Only in the format .blend you can turn On and Off this Modifiers, they are not applied for convenience. Some Textures are already packed in .blend but you should download the textures.zip too. I made 8 Ornamentals Textures for the Glass Top, the Node for this it's already made it, just choose your texture or you can create your own with the PSD file.
