Description

The package contains a high-quality, PBR textured office decor celestial globe model.

Technical details:

  • Real world scale (50 cm diameter globe, 120 cm frame height)
  • Consists of 3 submeshes; the frame, Earth globe (23.4 degree tilted axis as in real life), brass holder arm.
  • The model uses 1 material only.

Texturing:

  • Validated PBR texture sets with 4K resolution (4096x4096, 8bit .PNG)
  • MAX file (no plug-in needed) contains a fully set up scene for VRay (default VrayMtl). Maps provided: Diffuse, Reflectivity, iOR, Gloss, Bump, Self-Illumination
  • FBX, OBJ and DAE formats can be used in any realtime renderer. Maps provided: Basecolor, OpenGL Normal, Metallic, Roughness, Emission

Geometry:

  • Quads are kept, triangles used only in necessary parts (corners).
  • Clean mesh topology, even faces, consistent texture resolution, relaxed UV clusters
  • Non-overlapping UV layout

Screenshots and video were rendered using VRay, quickviewer demonstrates the .FBX with traditional PBR maps (realtime render).
