Creepy Public Bathroom Asset Pack

Creepy Public Bathroom Asset Pack Low-poly 3D model

Description

This is a scene to showcase multiple assets I have created. They are fully textured, optimized and game ready. This product is not an environment, it's an assets packs. The environment is just to showcase the assets. Although it is included if you want to mess with it, go ahead.

What you will find in this pack:

-27 Assets in total (models and high-res PBR textures)

-17 of them are completely unique, others are a variation

-The assets are in indiviudal folders, but I have also provided them in one single environment file (FBX, OBJ and in a Blender file)

-I have included the HDRI from the trailer.

-Graffiti and footprint decal textures

-Authored textures for the broken mirror material.

Friendly disclaimer:

-The texture files are zipped and cannot be linked to the blender file. So the BLENDER SCENE DOES NOT have textures. You're gonna have to manually insert them. Or you can try importing the FBX file which DOES have textures.

-The provided scene is not lit, I have only provided the same HDRI you see in the trailer.

-The pipes, walls and floor assets are not modular, they fit this specific scene only.

-Pills and pill containers were added for a dramatic effect in the video trailer and are NOT included.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you want any of the Substance Painter files or the other mesh baked textures completely for free.

This bathroom is a reconstruction based on the one found in Joker (2019). It is old, creepy and abandoned. The lighting is green and orange as seen in the movie.

So I purchased this and it's pretty cool. I've got it in Cinema4D and have started applying the textures. I noticed the pills and pill bottles and trash on the floor and water on the floor don't seem to be included. Am I missing something?

Thanks for this model. It saved me a lot of time. I made a few minor adjustments in Maya then put it across to UE5 where I added a few decals and did some extra work on the materials. It looks just brilliant. Thanks again.
