This is high quality model of a small modern bathroom.

The scene contains sink with faucet. Modern cabinet under it, with door.

Simple mirror desk on top of the tiles.

There is nice and heating unit next to the stylish handleless door.

There is big and comfortable showering space, separeted by a wall from the rest of the batroom. Inside are shower faucet, floor drain and some decorations.

And to top it off, there are few details like soapholders, towells and ceiling lights, shampoo bottles etc...

Tiles are made via textures from Substance designer. These are all included in the zip file as well as the rendered scene and the Substance file itself. There is more textures created in the substance file that was actually used. Different wave patterns, colors etc... Feel free to use them as well :)

UVWs are all unwrapped and most objects has second uv tag for lightmaps. (for unreal engine for example)

All models are kept as low poly as I could, but with shower faucet and sink with little more polygons to get nice and smooth finish.

The tiles were made via normals and height maps.

Perfect for archvis.
