3D model description
Everything is modeled from scratch. Blender scene consists procedural textures and one set of pbr texture (for stucco). All textures are inside textures archive.
Clean topology and UV unwrapped in proper way. 2nd UV channel unwrapped for lightmap (UE4 ready).
Textures
Textures are procedural apart from stucco texture and everything is packed into blend file.
For non-blend files there are textures inside a archived file (textures.zip)
