Nice meshes, maps and textures will allow kit-bash for many scenes. The PNGs converted well to JPGs, and the supplied OBJ's MTL was easy to edit from eg map_Kd I:\Files\Unity\IGBlocksAssetStoreNew\ etc .PNG to map_Kd texture.JPG. Each component FBX file I tried converted well to OBJ+MTL, with latter's calls soon edited from .PNG to .JPG
