Automatic Plastic Packaging Motor Press Fitting Line

Introduction

This set of models is the final assembly and press-fitting line of the micro-motor manufacturer PG plastic-sealed motors, which uses a combination of pneumatic presses, servo presses and belt conveyor lines. The press-fitting mold adopts standard hardware mold base to ensure structural accuracy and reduce product cost. The pneumatic press part adopts a double-action adjustable cylinder, and the upper mold of the press-fitting mold adopts a floating structure. The servo press part uses a 1.5Kw Panasonic servo motor and an 8m arc belt output to the ball screw. The screw mechanism uses a nut to rotate the screw for axial movement. Rotary bearing adopts cross roller bearing load, high precision, high structure and simple structure, 32-PG plastic-encapsulated motor press-fitting machine
