Introduction

This equipment is an automatic assembly equipment for the integration of the screen and the back cover of the Apple mobile phone. Through the CCD positioning and the flexibility of the 6-axis robot, the automatic assembly of the CG screen to the HSG back cover integration is completed, thus completing the assembly of the entire mobile phone!This file has a complete 3D+2D & complete processed parts and standard parts BOM, and is equipped with a complete DFM of each stage (the DFM folder also has a complete equipment assembly animation), and also has a DFMEA, and problems of each stage Dot the list!
