The first group of visual corrections get the position, and at the same time the backlight of the mobile phone is input from another line, the second group of visuals takes pictures to get the position, and then the manipulator grabs the LCD glass and automatically attaches it to the backlight to complete the automatic assembly of the LCD glass and the backlight, and then passes through the third group After visual inspection, the attachment accuracy is inspected. After completion, it is discharged from the machine through the assembly line. The internal CCD of this equipment has many visions and complex mechanisms. It is a relatively advanced automatic machine. This machine has been delivered to a large state-owned optical technology company and put into use.
