DESCRIPTION

Automatic Labeling and Sealing Machine

Introduction

Working principle:

Automatic discount:

  1. Manual or machine puts the box on the assembly line
  2. The box is transported to the pick-up point, and the pick-up module picks it up and puts it on the indexing turntable
  3. The cylinder puts the box Positioning, the suction cup sucks the box tightly
  4. The cylinder pushes the accessories inside the box tightly
  5. The module automatically pastes the big label on the box
  6. The module automatically seals the box folding box
  7. Tear off the small centrifuge paper on the big label
  8. Paste the small lip on the big label on the box.
  9. The module automatically unloads the box onto the assembly line.
  10. Automatically label the station as it flows out of the assembly line:
  • The box flows into this station from the previous station along with the assembly line.
  • The box is transported to the pick-up point, and the pick-up module will pick it up and put it on the upper box rotation module
  • The upper box rotation module will turn the box 90 degrees along the width, and will need to label the side of the paper Up
  • The box moving module puts the transferred box on the box moving positioning module
  • The box moving positioning module takes the box to the labeling position, and completes the side labeling after positioning
  • The bottom rotation module will The carton is clamped away, and the box is rotated 90 degrees along the length direction, and the bottom surface to be pasted with the barcode is facing upwards.
  • After the rotation is in place, the carton is clamped by another module and moved to the labeling position, and the labeling component comes to paste the barcode on it.
  • After the barcode is pasted, the carton is taken away and rotated 90 degrees along the length direction. Then put it on the lower box rotary module
  • The lower box rotary module takes the carton and rotates 90 degrees again, and restores the posture when the box is loaded.
  • The box flows out of the station along with the assembly line.
