The Arrival Table by architects Keshaw McArthur presents a hand-sculpted elliptical tabletop placed upon large, contrasting cuboid legs. Crafted in pale Maplewood, the table is gently shaped in plan and surface, with a smooth, matte finish and subtle grain.
This unexpected pairing continues Keshaw McArthur’s exploration into principles of duality - hovering and groundedness, free-formed and calculated, handworked and machined - resulting in a table that is highly considered, with an understated presence.
Each table is completely unique, handcrafted by Auckland-based woodworker Grant Bailey.
