*** Update: New style of chair in stone material as shown in preview image. 2K textures: BaseColor, Metalness, Rougness, Normal. Nice UV map, manually unwrap, no overlapping. Quad only, less vertices model.
Nice topology as shown in preview images. Chair was made mostly by loop tool, not by modifying default object, no modifier in Blender or other plugins. All images textures were made by GIMP. Make sure model looks realistic and light enough for room scene. Render engine: Eevee.
Only quad in model, no N-gons, no triangulates, no vertices with more than 5 edges, other standards also meet CGtrader requirement. No mark seam during UV editing, no overlapping UV. However, I got problem with UV stretch. Please see preview image, I also attached screenshoot for verification from Kodama. Total vertices: 936. Dimension: 170 x 200 x 90 cm ( Detail in preview images)
Chinese script in model: 水 = water
2K textures: BaseColor, Normal, Metalness, Roughness. Material was baked in textures maps.
Avaiable formats: glb, obj, fbx. FBX file ( no embed textures), image textures are in zip file.
