The Other One series helped establish HAY as a brand in 2003. Leif Jrgensen was HAYs first designer, and with the Other One, he created a series of modern and innovative furniture with bright and complementary colors.
Other One play with geometric constructions in a three-dimensional format that challenges expectations and design standards. These are functional furniture sculptures that welcome a free approach to function in an aesthetic that draws on a mix of Panton and sci-fi in a contemporary perspective.
Other One is composed of two equally large ovals that tilts both ways and thus forms two different furniture designs one with a slightly smaller seat than the other.
