Description
Summer Beach Set contains low/medium and for SubDiv objects. (more detailed information about each component of this scene can be found on my CGTrader profile)
I provide you 3 file formats: .max (2014), .obj+mtl, .fbx + .rar will all necessary textures.

The dry palm umbrella top is created with CoronaScatter (.max), which is converted to the geometry in .obj and .fbx files.

The map sizes vary from 512x512 to 4096x4096, but their resolution can be easily reduced fitting your requirements.
