Thin white stripes on warm white add texture and give this vase a minimalist, modern look.

The shape was made using the coil and pinch technique. This method gives the it a softly dimpled surface.One mold was made so that the shape could be reproduced. After casting, each piece is trimmed and white stripes are drawn on. They add a layer of texture and insure that each piece is unique. Then it is fired and glazed.Fun round vessel is versatile for displaying flowers. Tulips and daffodils, roses or one giant sunflower are perfect complements.
