  • Geometry modelled for subdivision. OpenSubdiv included as modifier. Books not sub-dividable.
  • Hair & Fur as geometry (no hair/fur modifier required).
  • Real world units and has accurate measurements.
  • UV's unwrapped and Non-overlapping. Plants have overlapping UVs for tiling purposes.
  • All Vray materials are created for use in both GPU and CPU rendering. Wax and Hair not GPU compatible.
  • Textures provided in both 4096x4096 & 2048x2048 16bit png. 2048 textures provided as jpg (8bit) for background scenes aswell. Hair/Fur and accessories resolution is 512x512 or smaller as the geometry size does not require 4k textures.
  • Hair & Fur material for Vray/Corona created with native Fur materials. Exported for PBR for other software packages and will differ in real-time.
  • All texel density is set evenly and ready for real-time applications.
  • All textures can be swapped out easily with your own using the included material IDs.
  • Height/Displacement texture 16bit provided for the Ottoman. Included as Corona/Vray displacement modifier for 3dsmax only.

File Format:

  • 3dsmax 2018. Vray & Corona 5.0. These are designed specifically for both render engines and look identical in both. Includes both Roughness & Glossiness workflows.
  • Cinema 4D R19 with Roughness Materials and Physical Render Engine. Materials native to Cinema4D. Displacement for the Ottoman not included in the model only provided as a height texture.
  • Blender 3.0 with embedded Roughness Materials for Evee & Cycles. Materials native to Blender. Displacement for the Ottoman not included in the model only provided as a height texture.
  • FBX available with embedded textures and materials. Materials will not appear the same as Vray/Corona as they are converted to Standard Materials.
  • OBJ with textures and materials. Materials will not appear the same as Vray/Corona as they are converted to Standard Materials.
  • GLTF with embedded 2k jpeg textures. Separate GLTF files provided for the entire set and Ottoman only. Full set 597,800 triangles, 56mb, Ottoman Only 544,138 triangles, 50mb. Baked Occlusion texture included. Hair & Fur not included for GLTF.
  • System Units: Centimetres.
  • No additional plugins required other than the render engines themselves.
