Can this model be printed on a 3d printer?

I can not assure that it can be printed. The metal structure, the support of the spotlights and the bulbs are a single mesh. The wires where the crystals are strung are each a mesh and the crystals have the inner hole to be able to pass the wire. All meshes are manifold. According to the Blender print test there are some faces with overhang, you can see the result of the test in the previous images.
