About the furniture

When it comes to interior design, many people have many different opinions. But nobody asked your parents what they might like, so, when they bought the furnishings for their new place, they decided that a bunch of quasi-rustic, quasi-ornamental, wooden dressers and cupboards were perfect!

This model pack includes ten pieces of furniture of the same style and made from the same wood. These dressers and cupboards can make your 3D living room a cozy place, give your hallways character, or add flair to your dining room.

About the models

All models in this pack are subdivision-ready! This means that the different meshes are made in such a way that allows you to subdivide (or 'smooth') the model without any glitches. This lets you easily increase the quality of the models.

Note: Some of the pieces of furniture in this pack are non-manifold objects. This means, that some faces that are obsolete aren't modeled. This means, that you will have to tweak your subdivision-surface/ smooth modifiers and set them to a 'keep corners' mode.

About the textures The textures for these models are simple, royalty-free, tileable image-textures from AmbietCG. If you don't like the look of the light-brown wood, you can easily swap out the textures. The models are UV-unwrapped in such a way, that all models share their object- as well as texture scale. This means, that any texture you use, will have the same look on any of the models in this pack.

Note: The models and their materials have been made in and are thus optimized for Blender. The appearances of the models might differ from what they are intended to look like.
