Hello, I am also interested by the pack, would you know its total polygon count ?
the product page lists 21,114 polygons and 31,452 vertices, but that seems to me a bit low for 1,668 objects...

I bought this asset pack to use for furniture within my game, and while the models are nice considering the price, here's a few things you should note before purchasing:
1) The textures are blender base colors only.
2) Textures are not truly organized per model, or even labeled the same as the matching model.
3) No support from owner to resolve issues I had with models.
I also recommend waiting for sale to go on, as I've seen this same asset pack for on sale for 40% less than what I paid for - it's not worth paying full price especially when you can get it for nearly 50% off.
