this is a photo realistic 3d dining table set model.

model is basically created in autodesk maya 2024 version.

Textures are completely created in adobe substance 3d painter and original spp format file is included here to make it easy for you to change the texture according to your own choice.

Real world dimention is 32 cm x 45 cm x 98 cm for 1 chair(there are six in total) and 66 cm x 72 cm x 120 cm for table.

all uvs are created and edited differently until came into this so on finding these non-overlapping uvs, you are going to save a lot of your time.
