A recreation of a hand-crafted Theodora Cabinet made from Elm wood. This model has been made for use in game engines or as props for detailed renders.
This download includes model formats in glTF, stl, OBJ and .FBX. Textures in 1K, 2K and 4K with each definition having diffuse (colour), AO, diffuse + AO, Roughness, Metallic, Normal and ORM maps. Additionally, the transparent front on the Cabinet doors have their own diffuse, roughness and alpha materials in the three definitions listed. All in all this product comes with 30 custom made textures with an additional two combination maps for the gLTF format.
This cabinet is closely modelled off its real-world counterpart sold here: https://www.oka.com/uk/product/theodora-cabinet-recycled-elm-a18778-1-26-1215-10Every texture has been made from scratch through a mix of procedural texturing and texture painting to resemble the original to a high degree, additionally the scale of the model is almost identical to the scale of the original with a 1cm error margin measuring 1.21 m (or standard units) across, 2.09 m tall and 0.476 m deep.
The underlying mesh has been modelled in quads meaning the model can maintain their shapes after being subdivided without causing graphical errors. The time was also taken to make sure the whole piece had manifold geometry, further decreasing the likelihood of unwanted lighting and other graphical problems.
