Unreal Engine city complete level with 3rd person view character, set up for game development. The city is low poly stretching across 0.5 x 0.5 km with low and high rise buildings, and a mountain landscape. Great for open world games. Also included is the export glb, fbx, and the native Blender file, with the textures packed. The textures include colour maps, spec maps for the windows. The footpaths include normals maps. The trees include transparency maps for the leaves. Assets are low-poly trees, roads, traffic lights, buildings, parks, and mountains. The UE file includes a collision plane for the ground. Please note there are 500,000 poligons in the blender file as they are linked duplicates. If you open the exported fbx or glb files, those file formats do not keep the linked duplicates and create a separate mesh for each object, so the polygon count will be much higher. Please keep this in mind as without linked duplicates the large city files in the Unreal Engine will not work as it takes up too much memory unfortunately.
