Archexteriors vol. 44 brings you ready to render scene of a developer concept for a suburban housing estate. The scene includes more than 100 sets of models selected according to contemporary style, reflecting modern trends in materials and forms of multifamily architecture. If you do not need the whole scene we have prepared a pack of models.

You can use the scene as a great starting point for creating your own architectural visualizations or just take the models and begin to work on your project from scratch. You can find assets of various types as: road markings, cars, road props, greenery, garden architecture, building props, roads. All models are made with PBR material system and are fully textured.

The scene is prepared in two formats:

• for Vray and Corona with 3dsmax and this version requires Forest Pack,
• for Cycles with Blender.

The models pack is prepared for:

• Vray and Corona with 3dsmax,
• Cycles with Blender,
• OBJ and FBX.

Recommended system specification: this product was tested on amd ryzen 9 with 64 GB of ram and should work on platforms with similar specifications

The files are packed into 7zip format, you need to follow these steps to extract them properly:

1. Download all files to one folder
2. Use WinRAR or 7-zip for unpacking.
3. Unpack only the first file from each archive (the file with .001 extension). The rest of the files will be unpacked automatically.
