Description

Stylized stone pool and rocks inspired by the Glastonbury White Spring.

17 separate meshes combined into two grouped objects, stone and water (see preview images). The stone meshes share the same non-overlapping UV map. The water is separated for better and easier rendering in game Engines. The model is low-poly and consists of 2328 faces (all tris), 3662 edges and 1351 vertices - this makes it ready for use in games, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and other real-time applications. The low amount of polygons are e.g. achieved by removing bottom geometry underneath the model, as this will not be seen.

The model is created in Autodesk Maya and Zbrush and exported to fbx and obj formats. The textures are created in Substance Painter and exported for both Unity, Unreal Engine and PBR in 4096x4096 resolution. In the product the following texture sets for different engines can be found:

  • Unity: AlbedoTransparency, ambientOcclusion, emission, height, metallicSmoothness and normal map
  • Unreal Engine 4: BaseColor, emissive, normal and occlusionRoughnessMetallic map
  • PBR Metallic Roughness: BaseColor, emissive, height, metallic, normal and roughness map

The Substance Painter rendering scene is NOT included in the product.

The previews above consist of:

  • A rendered image in a forest-envionment
  • Seven renders of the model in a neutral studio-lighting setup
  • Two renders of the model in a dark neutral studio-lighting setup to demonstrate the emissive water
  • Four renders of the low poly model
  • Four renders of the low poly model with the mesh wireframe shown and the different meshes highlighted in separate colours
  • Two screenshots the meshes, UV maps (one for stone and one for water) and the grouping of the meshes (to the left in the Outliner)

If you have any questions or issues with the model, please contact me and I will help you as soon as possible :)
