Tech details:
Model utilises fake voxel technology for apparent high-poly look in a medium-poly model. Edit material opacity and mesh modifiers to change the effect.
Model has material hierarchies for richer detail, two UV sets and Vertex paint channel for texture alternations. A separate Ambient Occlusion texture is provided, can be deactivated inside the materials.

A Unity v3.4 PRO version is supplied, see the realtime preview demo. This version has custom made shaders and also uses fake voxeling.
Rock and sand textures are 512x512 TGAs. Use Scatter if you want to add more bushes.
