Scanned Poplar and Aspen Forest with Seasons for Unreal Engine 4 low-poly 3d model ready for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games and other real-time apps.

Pack contains photorealistic, photoscanned poplar/aspen trees, foliages, ferns, shrubs, rocks models, photoscanned terrain textures and material sets. All for summer, autumn and winter seasons with sample scenes for Unreal Engine 4.10-4.16.

This pack contains:
Poplar A - 10 trees - based on populus nigra(lombardy poplar)
Poplar B - 8 trees - based on populus tremula(aspen/European aspen)
Poplar saplings - 5 small trees
Shrub A - 3 shrubs - based on ilex aquifolium(holly/European holly)
Foliages - 2 ferns, 2 flowers, 4 grasses, 5 detail assets and 3 grass group meshes for terrain grass layer
Rocks - 3 big, 2 medium, 9 small and 2 photoscanned rocks
Terrain - 13 terrain textures

All flora elements have summer, autumn and winter versions. Also there are two versions of medium and big size trees (urban and forest). Urban versions are healthy trees that suitable for landscape gardening in urban areas or forest areas that are not dense. Forest versions are suitable for dense forest environments.
All branches and foliages have wind animation and also color variation depending on their position on the map. These can be adjust via material parameters.
All models have lightmap UVs, most of them have collisions (trees have capsule, others have auto generated, some foliages don't have collisions).
All textures are set for PBR.
All models have LODs. All big flora objects have four LODs (100%, ~40%, ~5%, billboard)
All winter rocks have dynamic snow layer.
All terrain textures are photoscanned from same area and they have same texel density.
Also there is a road mesh with photoscanned footprint POM material for creating snowy road with footprints.
There is an overview level for the pack with explanations and there are 5 forest levels with different seasons and weathers.


* Poplar A model set contains,
- 2 small size trees
- 3 medium size trees (with forest and urban variations)
- 1 big size tree (with forest and urban variations)

* Poplar B model set contains,
- 2 small size trees
- 3 medium size trees (with forest and urban variations)

* Poplar A-B Common Smalls model set contains,
- 5 saplings (different sizes from smallest to bigest)

Trees use 5 different photoscanned barks,
1 small (512x4096)
2 medium (1024x4096)
1 big (2048x4096)
1 tilable (512x1024)

and two different branch texture sets, both 2048x2048, for each season. Branches have wind animation that can be controlled via material parameters. Also every tree has color variation (with HUE value shift) on their leaves depending on their position on the map. This variation also can be changed via material parameters.
Trees have 4 LODs. Base LODs are hero LODs for close-ups and their barks have tessellation. Last LODs are billboards.

* Shrub A model set contains,
- 1 big shrub
- 1 medium shrub
- 1 small shrub

Shrub set contains models for 3 seasons. Additionally this set has completely leafless (dry/dead) shrubs.
Shrubs use 1024x1024 texture and their leaves have wind animation and color variation just like trees.
Shrubs have 4 LODs. Base LODs are hero lods for close-ups and last LODs are billboards.

* Foliage model set contains,
- 1 big fern
- 1 medium fern
- 2 flowers
- 4 grasses
- 3 grass group meshes for terrain grass layer
- 5 detail assets for terrain grass layer (dry leaves, small branch parts etc.)

Ferns have 3 LODs. Last LODs are billboards. They use one 1024x1024 texture for all seasons.
Flowers and grasses have 3 LODs. Each of them use 512x512 texture.
Detail assests have no LODs because they are set to disappear at a certain distance.

* Rocks model set contains,
- 3 big size rocks
- 2 medium size rocks
- 9 small size rocks
- 2 photoscanned rocks

Rock set uses photoscanned 2048x2048 tileable texture for all rocks except photoscanned ones. Each photoscanned rock uses 1024x1024 texture.
All rocks have winter versions which have dynamic snow layer on top of them (snow layer always stays at top of the rocks regardless of their orientation). This layer's snow texture, snow amount, coverage and it's sharpness can be adjust via material parameters.
Photoscanned rocks have 3 LODs. Base LODs have tessellation. Other rocks have 2 LODs.

Terrain textures are 2048x2048. All of them were photoscanned from same area in different seasons. They cover 3m x 3m area so their texel densities are same. This set contains 13 photoscanned texture sets. Additionally one photoscanned snow footprint texture (2048x1024) and it's mesh for terrain spline tool so you can create a snowy road with footprints in your level. This mesh has material with parallax occlusion mapping. There are 3 terrain material sets and 7 grass layer sets for seasons that are used in sample scenes.

* Particles set contains,
- Falling leaves particle
- Rain particle
- Snow particle

Falling leaves particle spawns leaves from particle's locations. So you need to put it close to a tree. Please refer to "sample_scene_a_autumn" level for detail.
Rain and snow particles are GPU particles and they cover entire scene.
