The demo set does a great job of showing what is possible with the parts and looks great at first glance, but, there are many unconnected paths, unreachable areas and dead ends. I am very pleased to have this asset and fully rate it thumbs up without hesitation, that said, this asset feels more like a kit bash than a base because its taken a considerable amount of time to redo the demo map to create an actual playable environment.
So many quality assets!! Just prepare to do a lot of organization if you're not using UE... Each piece is it's own FBX file with 2-3 levels of mesh densities (duplicate items)... had to go through and import the highest poly mesh (they're not too dense) and lay them all out on a master file manually... then re-apply textures since Blender couldn't find a lot, plus normal maps weren't applied ..there's like 400+ unique items so it was very time consuming. (luckily many of them share the same texture images). All worth it or the quality / quantity of assets. Highly recommended if you’re willing to get your hands dirty.
Incredible model, the detail is astounding and the materials are very realistic.
The product is good! I love the demo scene, and the optimization surprised me, there's a frickton of content in that scene, and I was expecting to have to do LOTS of work to FIX everything. But NO NONONONO. It's BEAUTIFUL. AND PERFORMANT. Well done to the devs who worked on this, and to the minds that developed it, it's a great pack. I'm going to go ahead and pay homage to you guys, by putting it in my game, in the best way possible. :)
