Here is full package for summer house modell and rendering setting for lumion as well as converted sketchup file. In archicad file you will find floor plan and elevation plans.Also I attached lumion full scene with 5 image presets.This file package will help you if you are building a scene and you need some aditional houses around or maybe you like this house and you would like to present it to your clients or maybe consider it for your self.Archicad file has all the materilas seperated from one another and it will be very easy to change them if you wish in lumion or other rendering software.You could use the lumion file with other versions like lumion8 as well but not all effects will be there.
