Features:
- This modular pack includes a diverse set of assets that will help you create your Western town or village environment in no time!
- The Brick Master Material has tweakable brick visibility with unrepeating patterns (Only available in the Unreal Engine and Unity Version. Only the UE version includes the unrepeating patterns feature).
- The Wood Master Material has an optional paint layer, which you can give any color you prefer. The paint layer also has adjustable wear, where you can control the wear and visibility of the layer. (A color wheel is only available in the Unreal Engine and Unity version, the other versions include these colors as baked textures: red, blue, green, beige, cyan, white, and yellow)
- The Wood Master Material has unrepeating color variation layers, which enhance the realistic look of your buildings while using just one material (Only available in the Unreal Engine Version)
- The Windows' glass material has an adjustable dirt layer around the edges (Only available in the Unreal Engine Version)
- The Unrepeating Texture feature on all materials can be easily turned off if needed.All the buildings have interior spaces (not decorated)
- The pre-made scene shown in the pictures above is available for use with the pack
