Originally created with SketchUp 2021, rendered V-Ray 5 and saved as also SketchUp 2016.

Model is included in 6 file formats. (SKP, BLEND, MAX, FBX, OBJ, 3DS)

Blender file created with SketchUp importer add-on in Blender and used Decimate Modifier to get clean topology.

First 5 renders from Blender Cycles other 5 renders from SketchUp Vray.

FBX and OBJ tested on Twinmotion.
