Ready to render at 3dsmax without any additional plugins.
Rendering scene with all lightning, materials, background setups for mentalray is included. Our scene will render at 3dsmax 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015. Other versions wasn't tested.
Because of different Disk topology at different computers it might be required to change the textures path at the destination computer.

and again... not so useful. 3 tower selectable... EVERYTHING else is CONNECTED TO 1 MESH. and broken topology, too. no, never again

The model contains way more detail than we need, which is a good thing. All of our commercially purchased models require some modification anyway. It's much better to have too much, than not enough. We were disappointed that none of the buildings were texture mapped, and only three had any color to speak of. Our model builder is, at this moment, texture mapping the Oriental Pearl TV tower.
