Building clusters are named numerically and grouped together for easy editing if needed.

Textures in the scene are grass, concrete and honeycomb

Water effect was achieved using the 3ds Max smoke shader.

Trees are scattered using Pflow ad V-Ray Instancer in 3dsMax. No plugins needed except V-Ray 3.4 and above.

Tree models are also included in the file.

Extremely quick render times for such a complex scene.
