Clean geometry, no isolated/coincident vertices, o coincident/coplanar faces, quads only.

Subdivision ready - In 3ds Max, the Meshsmooth/Turbosmooth function can be used to increase mesh resolution if necessary.

Ready for Corona and Vray renders. It’s created accurately, in real units of measurement, qualitatively and maximally close to the original.
