Will i be able to open this file in blender? And the hair is Made with particles system? Thinking About buying this :)

Hi Lukass, Included with this model are 5 .obj files from low poly to high poly. However all the shader work you see in these pictures are only included when using 3ds max and vray. You can import the obj's in Blender however you need to buildup the shaders yourself, which can be a bit of work depending on what you need.
The hair is made of polystrips with each polystrip containing a opacity map to fake thin hairs. (you can see those strips in the clay render here: https://humanalloy.com/?portfolio=lady-with-the-purple-hat)
So only buy the model if you have the time and inclination to spend some time making the shaders nice. Also download our free model to see if importing in blender works (and let me know if it does not)
