Create a folder inside your Unreal project.
Drag the .mhpkg file into the folder.
Open Metahuman Creator.
Drag the WI_clothname asset into the Cloth Asset slot in Metahuman Creator.
Enjoy your new outfit!
To use the second texture set:
Go to the imported folder and open the Textures folder.
Import the second texture set to replace the current ones.
The textures will automatically update in your Metahuman Creator.
Export your Metahuman and enjoy your new winter look!
