No .stl file was supplied. Converted to .stl in Fusion360 then the file did not generate valid GCODE with Pruslicer. Black - Everyday came back to me very quickly with the .stl file but it still had the problem with the CODE. We both worked on the problem and 17 emails later we discovered that the dimensions of the hat were too small for 3D printing in the scale I needed. Excellent service from Black-Everyday in owning the problem and trying to resolve
