The models look nice... I think. It's very hard to tell because I still haven't finished sorting out all of the models, UV maps, and textures into individual models. For some inexplicable reason, the artist decided to put all 10 models into a single mesh file, and multiple models share one of only 4 different UV maps & sets of textures. So much to manually sort out. People shouldn't have to do this after buying models.
