It's a Meta Ball base mesh Human, rigged.You can find the best pose for your character and then sculpt it. Metaballs helps you to draw muscular system for better final result.

How it works

WARNING - Save your file as copy to preserve original MBall MAN

• 1. keep the resolution low while you work (0.4 / 0.8)
• 2. Use rig to pose your character
• 3. Increase Resolution Viewport at least 0.2 (better 0.15)
• 4. Convert Mball in Mesh from Curve
• 5. Refine your character in sculpt mode
