As an actual game asset it is incredibly poorly designed. It chomps about a gig of VRAM in Unreal Engine out of the box. It is comprised of 22 different materials, which if you use the engine you know is more than sub-optimal and not at all how game assets are designed in terms of texturing. It is around 260,000 polys, 200,000 of which are wheels and tires.
The asset creator reached out and asked that I leave a positive review. I told him I didn't feel it was worth a positive review based on its actual functionality as a game asset, which it is billed as,. He was rather rude suggesting I just LOD it to fix these issues, to which I explained that LOD'ing isn't some magical sauce that will fix bad assets. He then demanded I show respect for the work because "you can't do it yourself." Whether or not I could, or at whatever level my modeling skills are, the entire point of buying this is so I wouldn't have to do it myself. That's what this marketplace is designed for... I would suggest the asset creator familiarize himself with game development a little more before he starts throwing assets into Unreal Engine and selling them as game assets.
