Ruins are the remains of human-made architecture: structures that were once intact have fallen, as time went by, into a state of partial or total disrepair, due to lack of maintenance or deliberate acts of destruction. Natural disaster, war and depopulation are the most common root causes, with many structures becoming progressively derelict over time due to long-term weathering and scavenging.

Textures (.PNG ): diffuse, albedo (base color), specular, metalness, roughness, glossiness, normal (DirectX, OpenGL), ambient occlusion (AO), opacity (floor, plants).

I had purchased this model. But the files and output is not as per description. There was not .mtl file, so contacted the author. Author mentioned that cgtrader automatically adds ".mtl" in description. CGTrader has provided false information here. Also .mtl file sent by author upon contacting is not working. Please either make refund of purchased model or provide working .obj with .mtl as per description and output given here. CGTrader please make sure that description you provide is 100% accurate as users buy models based on it.
