A 3ds max model of Multipurpose mixed use urban design animated with 3d grass, plants, people, trees furniture, roads, animals ... etc. rendered with Lumion 9 including a professional animation montage with music (animated objects) lighting included. Luxurious, high end, contemporary, modern urbanism, organic, Urban design that was Designed and modeled by professional Group of architects , 3 islands just laying at the forehead of city. The project consisted of multi-purpose residential, commercial, beach club, villas, kids areas, restaurants, admin building, business, shopping centers and recreational areas.

Files include the following :1- 3ds max 2020 file including overall model (city + project).2- FBX model for the whole city.3- Lumion file has all materials, lighting and settings ready to render ( materials and textures are only available in Lumion ).4- A 4:30 Animation with a professional montage using VEGAS PRO editing software with music included (with animated objects) as MP4.
